Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data EP Support Group collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
EP Support Group ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data submitted through this website. Trading entity: [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. Registered address: [ADDRESS]. Contact: hello@epsupportgroup.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form:
- Your name
- Your work email address
- Your company name
- Your phone number, if you choose to give it
- The type of support and area you select
- The description of your requirement
We do not ask for, and you should not send, confidential project information, drawings or models through this website.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to scope and quote the work you've described, and to keep a record of business correspondence. That's it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis
We process this data on the basis of legitimate interests — responding to a business enquiry you initiated — and, where an engagement follows, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who else sees it
- Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions on our behalf.
- Our email provider receives and stores the enquiry as an email.
Both act as processors under contract. We do not share your data with anyone else unless we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Where an engagement follows, correspondence is retained for as long as needed for the contract and for the periods required by tax and limitation law.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. [If analytics are in use, name the provider here and state whether cookies are set.]
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we're using it. Email hello@epsupportgroup.com and we'll respond within one month.
If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission, 6 Pembroke Row, Dublin 2, D02 X963 — dataprotection.ie.
